About
A little bit about myself.
I am a software architect, engineer and indie hacker focused on building products and tools for the next generation of web. I love talking about emerging architectures, all things cloud, data harvesting, spatial computing, and semantic spaces.
Right now, I'm hyper-focused in trying to fix the broken hiring processes that exist today. I'm employing a combination of strategies that range from educating candidates to not partake in keyword stuffing to helping recruiters understand technical jargon and ask questions that really matter in interviews.
I keep up-to-date in industry trends by regularly attending conferences, giving talks, and obtaining industry-leading certifications.
Life isn't linear. Up until this point, I have done a ton of exploration and made a ton of mistakes. Within those excursions, I have had some sprinkles of success and small wins.
